Leadership + Unity + Volunteerism.
We are neighbors who wish to promote the exchange of resources and information that deters crime and secures our community through the development of partnerships with fellow neighborhood organizations and city departments. We build Community through public safety, art, and civic engagement.

Operation: Blue Ribbon (O:BR) is a grassroots effort driven by volunteers for the purpose of providing support for law enforcement. A blue ribbon tied to a tree, mail box, or the entrance to a business, is a symbol that reminds our Police Department that they are supported by the community.
